For orders under 500 DKK, standard shipping rates apply.

Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers including PostNord and GLS to ensure your order arrives safely.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns Policy
📦 14-Day Return Period
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Hair products are hygiene items and cannot be returned once opened
- Items must include all original tags and packaging materials
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
How to Return
- 1. Contact Us: Email support@avira-official.com with your order number and reason for return
- 2. Receive Instructions: We'll send you return shipping instructions and address
- 3. Ship Your Return: Package items securely and ship to our returns address
- 4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item:
- Return the original item following our returns process
- Place a new order for the item you want
